  • 1 For tickets paid with QRCode via Bank App only.
In case of payment completed but not receiving ticket
  1. Booking via Call Center / LINE / Facebook will receive ticket via SMS
  2. Booking via Website will receive ticket via Email
    If you check the booking and “cannot found ticket”, please contact us
